GA4 – Multiple purchase events when thank you page is reloaded

    Recreate the issue:
    1. Do woocommerce purchase
    2. Thank you page is loaded
    3. Purchase event is sent to GA 4
    4. Refresh pae, the event is sent again causing duplicated txns.
