GA4 E-commerce data not showing

    Hi,

    I installed WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin, added my GA-4 ID and checked the box to activate the e-commerce tracking. I can see in GA4 data being sent but not the e-commerce data. I don’t really know why it doesn’t work. I have waited for more than 24 hours after the installation but still no e-comm data. Could you help me please?

    With GA4 Analytics enabled there is no further configuration required other than to enable the Enhanced eCommerce settings within the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin.

    I have this enabled using GA4 on one of the test sites I use for testing analytics and the eCommerce data from my site is being passed correctly to Google Analytics. The version of the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration installed on my test installation is the latest version of the plugin.

    I’d suggest using this information to test your particular site using the Google Tag Assistance tool. There could be many reasons your site may potentially not pass data to Google from incorrect tag code, something blocking the tag code like a theme or a plugin conflict etc.

    Hi @cedberaud

    Have you tried testing your site with the Google Tag Assistance, as suggested by @stuartduff?

    Also, by looking at your page’s source code, I can see that your site is sending two separate Google Analytics tags: Your WooCommerce GA4 tag, and an extra UA tag.
    Since your UA tag is higher on the page, it could be that Google Analytics is reading that first tag only, and neglecting the other.

    Could you try removing that tag? (It could be for example on your Elementor’s custom code field, or on your Yoast plugin settings.)
