GA registers traffic from another website

Thanks for reaching out. From inspecting your sites I can see the same Google Analytics property added to both sites (UA-21****601-1). In the case of your subdomain this is added via Site Kit. From your primary domain name it’s a non Site Kit implementation, with Site Kit used to insert a second Analytics snippet. While I suspect this is the cause in order for us to investigate this further please share the following:

1. On your subdomain site when you’re finding traffic from your primary domain name is this within the Site Kit dashboards, or from when you check analytics.google.com?
2. When you mention it’s been 3 days can you confirm that this is 3 days since you’ve added Google Analytics to this subdomain site, and if so confirm that in your dashboards your encountering traffic from older than 3 days.

Feel free to also share a screenshot using a service such as Imgur or JumpShare, showing traffic older than 3 days, or depicting traffic from your primary domain.

Once we have the above we can provide some further troubleshooting suggestions. Let me know if you have any questions.
