    Hi,

You will need to add the UA code to track your data in GA, using our plugin.

Additionally, it would be great if you can provide us view level access of your GA account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com to verify your implementation and check if GA data is coming well or not.

Hope this helps you solve your issue.

    Hi,

I have added the UA code to the plugin. It appears to be working somewhat. I say that because it has tracked some transactions but as missed a couple as well. not sure why.

I have also given you view level access to the GA account as well.

    Thanks

    Hi there
We can’t seem to get the data to show up in GA either. We installed on one of our client sites – walkwithronna.com. If you need login details to view either end, let me know.

    Hi,

I apologise for the delay , as we’re currently trying to clear a huge backlog due to an influx of support requests.

Since you have already shared your store URL, we will review your store and give you another update in few days.

    Thank you,
