We did a quick look of your store & found the main thing that you are using the Custom theme & we have clearly mentioned in the description of our plugin that the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

We request you to read the FAQs as well regarding the support of child/custom theme in the free version of our plugin.

Can you clarify what you mean.

Have you disabled the plugin to work with custom themes or are you explaining the reason so you don’t have to work with custom development?

Thank you for writing us!

We haven’t disabled or enable the working of our plugin with custom themes. Our plugin is not fully compatible with the custom theme from the beginning because when the store has custom theme then sometimes it overrides the standard functionality/pages of Woocommerce & each store with the custom theme has their own sets of implementation which we are unable to cover as a solution in the standard plugin.

We are not letting down our users but we have certain limitations with the free version plugin. We are already providing custom theme support in the premium version of our plugin.
