GA Event Tracking – stopped working

    Hi,

    We have several forms on our website which used to track GA Events correctly using Additional Settings such as:

    on_sent_ok: "ga('send', 'event', 'CallbackRequest', 'Submission');"

    However, on the 8th April 2016, these have stopped working – the Thank you message is correctly displayed when the form is submitted, just the GA Event tracking which fails.

    We upgraded WordPress and the Plugin on 31st March, but had successful event tracking since that date – no other code changes on the website have occurred since 31st March 2016.

    Is there any known issue? Or what is the best way to debug this further?
