    Hi. We have been told a website we look after which has Google Ads, when you Accept, the GCS code remains at G100, not G111, which is causing ALL ad conversions to be ignored.

    Can you urgently help us to identify why this is please?

    I’ve cloned the site as they wanted me to change the plugin to try another.

    That still uses your plugin.

    Please be aware also that we have setup an account on your website, using someone’s email address there. But as we had to try alternatives at pace, we switched plugins… which also didn’t work.

    So hopefully today you can find us the fix that enables the G111 results after Accept button is pressed.

    You are on the legacy version of our plugin that doesn’t support Google consent mode. Please migrate the CookieYes plugin to the revamped version by referring to this documentation.

    Done, tho that’s still G101, not G111 which I think we need. Any ideas please?

    We could see the gcs parameter as G111 after accepting the banner.

    If possible, please mention the region from which you are checking.

    The UK. Is it normal that some “Collect” at G100 some are G101 and that one (I found it) is G111 ?

    I’ve been told it is now ok, but we had this from Google.
    Can you assist as I really dont know what they mean:
    “We have rechecked the banner and confirmed that the cookie banner has been updated. However, when we review the status of accepting and declining cookies, we are seeing multiple consent updates. Additionally, the on-page updates appear inconsistent for each consent update when analyzed through Tag Assistant.”.
    Have we missed something??
