    Hello!

    I’ve been receiving the following error:

    Address not found
    Your message wasn’t delivered to (username)@yahoo.com because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.

    This has happened about 30 times in the last couple of weeks… always Yahoo addresses.

    I’m connected with a domain associated with a G Suite account… is that the issue? If so, what would you recommend I do to maximize my sending rate success?

  • Hi @curiouszac,

    Yahoo has a super forceful DMARC policy. As a result, we sometimes see issues with delivery to Yahoo emails even when we don’t see issues with any other email provider. So, you might need to verify/authorize your domain as suggested in their documentation. Also, please make sure the email address exists.
