I can’t use G Site Kit after installing the plugin.

When I click the button says “G Site Kit” at the left column, it doesn’t show anything.

My browser is Google Chrome, and I already tried below.

    1. Cleared the cache date
    2. Opened with incognito
    3. Deleted all other plugins which save cache

The following URL is the screenshot of my G Site Kit scree.

Thank you and sorry for late response even though you replied so quick.

I submitted the XHR Error through the form.

If the area I copied is incorrect, it is appreciated to tell me.

I uninstalled G Site Kit, but still it shows the blank screeen.

Many thanks for sharing the additional information. You did share your XHR details as suggested, however, the details provided are not from the Site Kit dashboard page. If you’re able to share the same results but from the Site Kit dashboard (where you see the blank page) that may help determine the cause.

I uninstalled G Site Kit, but still it shows the blank screeen.

Thanks for confirming that the same occurs if you uninstall and reinstall Site Kit.

Let me know if you need me to provide any further assistance with sharing your XHR response on the Site Kit dashboard page.

Sorry, somehow, my response wasn’t updated.

I posted the forum, it is appreciated to check my G Site Kit condition.

@gamadodragon Thank you for sharing the information once more. Can I ask you to please try deleting the Site Kit plugin from the plugins folder of your site. Once deleted, please try a new install and setup and confirm if you still see the same blank page after this?

You can find the Site Kit plugin folder from WP-Content > Plugins > google-site-kit. There may have been an issue in the initial setup that deleting and re-installing the plugin may fix. Let me know how you get on with this.

I deleted G Site Kit plugin through FTP of my remtal-server(Lollipop).

After this, I re-installed G Site Kit and still it shows Blank Screen.

@gamadodragon Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Can you confirm if you are able to successfully set up Site Kit from this temporary website? This site will come with Site Kit preinstalled.

Can I also ask if you have tried from another hosting provider if you have access to one? If you don’t then that’s not an issue.

I could have set up G Site Kit through the temporary website.

I haven’t tried another hosting provider because I don’t have a website at another hosting provider.

@gamadodragon Thanks for confirming. This points to the issue being at host level. This could be a particular host or firewall configuration. Could you please check with your hosting provider and ensure there are no such configurations that would block any requests from Google Site Kit?

Let us know how you get on with this. If you have any questions in the meantime please let us know.

Sure, I’ll check with hosting provider and will be back with their answer.

Excellent. Thank you @gamadodragon. Let us know if you have any queries in the meantime. Based on the 403 error in one of the screenshots you kindly shared this does indicate a block most likely at host level.

    Thank you for your advice,

i contacted with my host provider (lollipop).

Then, they want to ask you, Google, about more exact info you want to get.

    Their questions are as follows:

    *English (tlanslated by Deeple)

From where to where,What type of access are you requesting to be blocked? From where and to where?…URL from which access is being made to Lollipop’s servers:

    *Original Sentences from Lollipop

    ?どこからどこへ、どのような種類のアクセスをブロックしていることを確認希望されているか:
    ?ロリポップのサーバーまでアクセスを行っているアクセス元のURL:

Thanks for the update @gamadodragon. From reviewing one of your screenshots it looks like something is blocking some scripts from executing. As you’ve already performed some checks (via the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin) to help rule out third party plugin conflicts, can you ask your hosting provider to temporarily deactivate any Web Application Firewall? I checked one guide and it looks like you may be able to configure this yourself (“Security” > “WAF Settings”).

If you can disable your Firewall temporarily, or ask your hosting provider to disable it, please then check your Site Kit dashboard once more.

    Thank you for the reply.

In regard with one guide you mentioned, I can disabled it.

I had already tried it before, but just in case, I tried again.

Also, I know 2 other firewall systems I can enable through the hosting provider, so I disabled and checked the 3 firewall systems:

    1. WAF Setting
    2. Attacking Guard from abroad
    3. Access Regulation

I posted the form about the screenshots of above now.

I’ll check with Lollipop if there are any other firewalls they can disable.

Thanks for the update @gamadodragon. While you’re checking with your hosting provider please also Siteguard WP Plugin now that you’re changed your hosting providers firewall settings. Feel free to share a recording of your experience if you encounter the same, using a Chrome browser incognito window and the developer tools open option displaying any browser console errors. I can then check this with the team.

You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share a screen recording, while using the same form previously used to share this privately.

It is appreciated to check it
