FWP—SIC–Em problem

I’m using the FWP—SIC–Em from https://github.com/radgeek/FWP—SIC–Em to display images, but in the WP dashboard, there is no “find a new settings panel, called **Syndicated Images**.” does not exist?

Where is the “Syndicated Images” option?
