When I click the FV button in the pages WP Editor to add the URL for an S3 hosted video nothing happens. I was at least hoping to cut the shortcode it produced from the editor and paste it into a plain text element in the Themify Builder.

So instead, I used the shortcode from one of the screen capture images shown on your plugin page and added my S3 link to it, like this:

    [fvplayer src=https://s3.amazonaws.com/ic-launch-content-files/FREE+COURSE+VIDEOS/1-INTRO.mp4 width=590 height=332]

    QUESTIONS:

    1) Why isn’t the little FV button working and how can I get it to work?

    2) The Admin error below I’m getting says the moov atom is at the end. If I use the Handbrake settings you shown here https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/encoding#encoding-samples will that put the moov atom at the front? If not, how do I do that

    Analysis of https://s3.amazonaws.com/ic-launch-content-files/FREE+COURSE+VIDEOS/1-INTRO.mp4
    Mime Type: video/mp4
    Format: mp4
    Moov size: 100.98 K
    Audio: 1 stream, mp4 (ISO/IEC 14496-3 AAC) 44100Hz, 2 channels, 16bit, stereo
    Video: avc1 (H.264 Encoder) codec, mp42 (MS-MPEG4 v2 Decoder) file type (ftyp), quicktime 1920 x 1080 resolution
    Bitrate: 193 kbps
Hint (beta): We recommend that you encode your video at a higher bitrate for better quality!
Meta Data (moov) not found at the start of the file (found at 2,949,786 byte)! Please move the meta data to the start of video, otherwise it might have a slow start up time. Plese check the “How do I fix the bad metadata (moov) position?” question in FAQ.

    ME AGAIN…
    3) Is there anything else I need to do based on the error above?

    Thanks.
