Hi, I downloaded this plugin for the fuzzy search feature, however I’m struggling to get it to work. I am using the Elementor search widget, along with the Relevanssi Ajax plugin, for which I have added the required code to get it to work with Elementor – this is working perfectly, other than the lack of fuzzy matching. I have partial words selected under keyword matching. When I enter a search, it will only find results if there are no typos. Am I missing something? I should add I am new to website building so coding and many terms are new to me!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Partial matching in Relevanssi means matching parts of the word. That’s working correctly: when you search for “ohms”, posts with “ohmster” are returned.

Relevanssi doesn’t have a fuzzy search that fixes typos. Relevanssi Premium has a good “Did you mean” feature, which will add some typo correction. The free version has a weaker version of that; you’ll get it in the Ajax search once it starts kicking. With the free version, it requires search logging and takes a while to collect enough data in the logs to work.

Ah ok, I thought fuzzy matching meant typos. My mistake! Thanks for the quick response.
