I created complete images in png format to get the look I wanted (large icon with small text under it). They look a bit fuzzy. Is there an optimal size here I should be using when creating the pngs? They are now 50px x 50 px. Note that some CSS was added to give each menu item a hover color. Have a look here: https://www.dev-ep.cagraphicdesign.biz/

    Looking forward to your response.

BTW I love Menu Icons! I would like to contribute but do not know how.

  • Perhaps try doubling the size (100×100), but set the max width & height via css?

Thanks for your prompt response! After experimenting for hours I tried svgs but I do not understand how to control the size of the SVG. I see the em size and the SVG size. I tried all sorts of combinations. For a while I almost had it the right size but it would not go quite small enough so I created a new SVG and now it is super small. Very frustrating!

WAIT! I think I got it. I am having better luck changing the size of the svgs when I determine it in the MEDIA library.
