• In the settings for this plugin, you can specify a colour for “future routes”. However, I haven’t been able to figure out how to add future route markers. There’s no way to link to a post scheduled for the future, and manually adding future cities manually by arrival/departure date just displays them as past travel lines.

What’s more, the NWM widget on the sidebar doesn’t seem to distinguish between past and future travel dates when you set it to “automatically use my travel schedule”. If you enter future dates on the specified map, it says you’re currently in the last of those dates, even if it hasn’t arrived yet, as opposed to in the location closest to the current date.

Is this a glitch? or am I missing something?

    Hi,

I just tested the future travel line and setting the arrival and departure date in the future when adding a new location via the route editor, display the future line color in the front end. It does show the same past line in the back end.

The second problem reported about the widget seems like a bug to me too. I will dig into the code and try to fix it. I’m still not that familiar with the plugin. I’ve only been supporting it for few weeks now and this may take a while.

    I’ll keep you posted.

    Thank you

Great, thanks so much for the reply and for taking over development for this plugin! Glad to see it being actively supported again.
