In the event of a refund or cancellation of an order, it would be appreciated if the serial number is also deactivated or deleted (this choice can be included in the settings panel).

It can of course also happen that a single product from an order is canceled or refunded, at which point only the serial number of that product must be deleted or deactivated (depending on which behavior has been chosen in the settings). How it works now: the license remains active and listed until the end date that has (possibly) been set.

    Hey @wpsupacc

A new version is almost complete and releasing soon that will include refund handling when you refund a line item that contains License.

The new Digital License Manager has escaped the lab and is now roaming free in the wild!

    Feel free to try it.

    Thank you @darkog ,

This is going to help a lot with the processes. As always good work, a nice step forward and thank you very much!

One more thing.. There is a small spelling error with the refund behavior settings. It says: Disable Licnese instead of Disable License. It might also be good to mention that updating the database for _dlm_license_id takes a very very long time. And is it possible to do something else in the meantime and receive orders?. Should the screen remain open?.

I needed to rollback the website because the database update mentioned a http error and stopped updating. I think it needs some more work. it looks like it does not work as a background process. Please let me know what steps are next.

    Hey @wpsupacc

Thanks for the notes, those will be corrected in the next version.

The store can continue to run normally while the tool is running because it is only going through the historical orders.

Do you see any error? Just run it on our site which contains more than 1000 orders and executed just fine. You can enable debug.log in WordPress to catch any errors that may disrupt it’s operation.

FYI: You can re-run the tool without rollback to your database because once you re-run it it will start over and re-process the items. Once it is 100% done it will vanish from the Tools page.

    Best Regards,
    Darko
