Fusion Builder Page Not Working

Hello,

I am having issues using the fusion page builder. I’m trying to change the background image so each section that pokes through is different. But I can not get access to the fusion builder options each time I try to edit a section the pop up that appears is greyed out and I can not click on anything.

I have the latest version of wordpress, all apps are updated. I can not access the fusion website builder option for ANY page in the website.

Can someone please advise how to trouble shoot this issue/get the fusion builder going?
