fusion builder not working with ithemes security

  • I am using the AVADA theme which uses the FUSION builder for page edits and layout and all elements are completely disabled when ithemes is activated. if I disable ithemes the fusion builder starts working again. AVADA have millions of users so I am thinking I am not the only one adn i do have a ticket into them as well. please look into this and provide me some assistance.

    Just for reference I only have three plugins currently running on the site. rev slider, fusing core,ithemes security.

    to be honest I am not 100% sure how I solved this one since it was so long ago, but I can tell you that I am running AVADA and ITHEMES on other sites and it is working fine. Just a guess , but I think it was due to URL filtering long strings and non english so start disabling items inside ITHEMES until you you have nothing protected then see if it works.

    also check server resources recommendations in AVADA and make sure you bump everything up .
