Funny URL Redirection Problem

When I load up my blog at https://www.blippitt.com, it loads up for a few seconds, then it redirects to https://www.blippitt.com/#axzz0YZWrpJat (note the extra characters on the end…they are different every time).
This also causes the Favicon to disappear.
Why could be causing this?
