Funny post formating after minify

Hi, i love w3tc it speed up my website a lot and im really grateful for that. I have bean playing with the plugin and took me a while to set it up but there is only one thing i cant resolve.

I did minify pages, css, js and also remove empty spaces. After i did that my post look a bit funny. Text formatting is not right. Then i try to unchecked remove empty spaces but formatting still looks the same. There is empty line after the titles but not empty line before. For some reason i cant put the formatting as before.
