Hello, I have currently installed a WordPress from scratch without a theme to use the funnelkit tunnels. I have already built 1 funnel and it works fine. But now I am adding a theme to my online store and every time I activate any theme the design of the funnel I created gets damaged and I have to uninstall the theme to get the funnel back to normal. I have already tested several Elementor themes in WordPress and they all damage the funnel design in some section. I currently have no theme on the site so as not to damage the funnel. Do you have any suggestions or configuration so that the funnel kit funnel is not affected by any theme that I install in my store? Thank you.

  • Hi @vicentew,

Thanks for your query and for sharing the information.

When you said “without a theme” can you confirm which theme was installed at that time? Because the WordPress minimum requires one time (default twenty twenty-three).

Right now, we can see that you are using the Hello Elementor theme. The Funnelkit Builder is compatible with all the themes.

This requires more debugging. Please raise a ticket to our support desk to continue and resolve it.

    Thanks
