    Dear Team,
    i am new and really not a profi, sorry. But it will be great to find a way with your help.

    I have a website (WordPress) and I built it with Elementor. I use WooCommerce with bookings and accommodations. At some point, I found the Gtranslate plugin and tried the free version. I liked it a lot and it was easy to use.

    However, I now have a functional error caused by changing the language. In the English version (default setting in English) everything is perfect, but if I switch to another language, it doesn’t work to book a tour.
    Some parts from the booking form disappeared if I do so.

    I would be very happy to hear from you.
    Best regards
    Sylvia

    Hi,

    I have checked GTranslate on your website and I can see that it does not work properly, because https://cdn.hu-manity.co/hu-banner.min.js script is blocking us to load a javascript library.

    It has the following code which blocks loading our library:

    if ("SCRIPT" === n.tagName) {
        n.addEventListener("beforescriptexecute", (function t(e) {
            "javascript/blocked" === n.getAttribute("type") && e.preventDefault(),
            n.removeEventListener("beforescriptexecute", t)
            }
        ));
    ...

    First we will need to make it work, so I can check the issue with booking.

    You may contact the hu-banner plugin/service author and ask for comments, this is not usual to see such things happen.

    P.S. You can use our paid version and it will solve the javascript issue I have described, since the paid version does not depend on javascript libraries. Also most likely it will be fine with the booking out of the box. I believe it could be a conflict with the calendar (datepicker) and the free version. https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

    Thanks! ??

    Dear edo888,
    thank you very much for your answer.
    I was already trying to solve the problem last 2 days and yesterday also together with the GTranslate support team. But it hadn’t been found until yesterday evening. But you found out. I have now written to the Cookie Compliance support and asked for information.
    Yes, I had already thought about switching to the paid version of GTranslate. I just wanted to have the website ready first and so far everything was running in the non-online version ?? Shortly before I put the page online, I used the cookie plugin … And well, that was the result. It looks like I’ll have to make up my mind now. But still, the others should know that there can be problems, at least in this combination. I’ll get in touch as soon as I have an answer.
    First of all, many thanks to you.

    Hi edo888,
    thank you for your message. Actually, I’m still waiting for a response from Cookie Compliance (hu banner), but since I haven’t received an answer from there so far, I have now removed this plugin from my site and deleted the cash. But the bug was still there. So it could not have been the plugin. But I still installed a new plug-in for cookies because I have to have it. But the error is still there. That’s why I’ve now decided on the paid version of Gtranslate and started my 15-day trial 2 days ago. I decided on the subdomains (although I also have a domain with .de, but I would like to make it uniform then). And I started the setup. However, I did not manage to do the point with the DNS because I just couldn’t find where to enter it in my hosting account. That’s why I wrote to the Gtranslate Support TEam and asked for help, which is what I was advised to do in the Gtranslate account. However, I don’t have an answer from there either. So the problem persists and my website visitors are still annoyed.

    Greetings Sylvia

    Hi edo888, i am now in the chat with GTranslate in my Account.
    So it looks like it get ready in the next days.
    Thank you very much for your support!

    One Question more: support you only with GTranslate or can i ask you also for Paypal Checkout? This is my second problem…

    Hi,

    We only support GTranslate. If something works on your original page and it does not on the translated version, then we will need to solve it or provide you the exact cause of the issue if it is something that does not depend on us.

    Thanks! ??
