functions.php has changed

  • I got a message from wordfence that functions.php has changed. When I view the file, I see a new line removed where a parameter was on the next line and has moved. Mainly formatting changes.

    I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if I should replace the file.

  • Make a total scanning of the whole installation! It seems you have had some kind of an injection. Check all plugins so they are up to date. Google the new codes in the functions.php, maybe you can get some help if someone have had the same problem =)
