• Hi there,

    I’ve recently upgraded our version of WP to 5.1.1 and added the added the Advanced Contact Form 7DB.

    Some of the functions are not working, can’t export as an exel file and cant import CSV file, each time I try even though I’ve matched the names of columns I get the response “0 data” imported.

    Have noticed Advanced Contact Form 7DB hasn’t been tested with current WP version. Could this be the problem? Will these glitches be fixed? Has anyone else experienced this problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience for the glitches that you have been faced. Currently our plugin is not compatible to the latest WordPress version, we will be resolving the issues and make it compatible to the latest WordPress version.

    We suggest you to keep patience for the and wait for the next update of our plugin.

    We have checked our plugin and it is compatible with WordPress version 5.1.1.

    We did not find any issue related to import or export functionality.

    Can you please check from your end that the field key you are providing in import screen and in the csv file are same?

    Also check for the submitted time format, that you have provided in the csv file and the same format has been selected in import screen or not.

    If still you are facing the same issue, than please provide us the error log or error message you get while trying to export, so we can debug further.

    We will be glad to help you, if you can cooperate with us by providing the error log or so.
