    Hi

Im considering you as our new email newsletter tool. ??

    But I have some questions:
    – Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?

    – In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).

    – If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?

    – How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?

    – Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).

    Best regards
    Sara ??

    Hi there Sara @saraolesen ,

Thank you for considering OptinMonster ??

OptinMonster is not an email service provider or allows you to send newsletters directly, but we offer something more.

OptinMonster helps you grow your email list, leads, and sales by displaying targeted offers throughout your site. You can even use OptinMonster to display sales banners, custom forms, and other types of calls to action.

We wrote this article to give you specific ideas for how OptinMonster can help grow your business: https://optinmonster.com/how-does-optinmonster-work/.

We do also have a demo you can sign up for here: https://optinmonster.com/demo-registration-p/.`

Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?

Sure you can create a campaign in your OptinMonster account and then add it to your website. We offer different kind of campaigns based on the plan level eg, Popup, Floating Bar, Full-Screen and Inline etc.

We have a native integration with WordPress, so our plugin takes care of adding them to your website. If you want, you can manually embed a campaign as per this guide too: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-manually-add-an-after-post-or-inline-optin Its a simple copy and paste.

In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).

Sure you can have different campaigns send the data to different lists using our Native Integrations. https://optinmonster.com/categories/docs/integrations/

If you are using MailChimp as an email service provider, you can also have a user choose the group they want to be added to: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-add-mailchimp-leads-into-mailchimp-groups/

    – If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?

That depends on your email service provider. Most of the email service providers show the user an option to Opt-out of a single or multiple lists.

    – How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?

As we mentioned above, we are not an email service provider. However, you can create campaigns for your website using our Drag and Drop builder ??

Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).

Based on the email service provider you are sending leads to, you can choose between single/double Optin and have them be added to a list of their choice directly.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to write to us directly at [email protected] and we’d be delighted to assist ??

    Have an amazing day ahead.

    Regards
