function.require-once failed to open stream

  • hi, I am a newbie with wordpress self host. I just upgrade my wordpress from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2 and I using theme virtue. then my site can not open the messege eror display is:

    Warning: require_once(/home/jualoleh/public_html/wp-load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jualoleh/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 13

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/jualoleh/public_html/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/jualoleh/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 13

    so what can I do, should i delete it and get intall new wordpress or any body give solution or advice for me

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
