Function.php not working = showing blank

    Okey, so I coded my theme from zero. It works somewhat good but my functions.php causes problem. When I want to access localhost:8888/wp-admin i only get a blank page. If I delete everything in my functions.php file, it works fine.

    So what is wrong in my code?
