[function.file]: failed to open stream: no such file or directory

I got this problem when I activated my template. This is the first time I experience having the problem when I install and upload again another wordpress site through fantastico which I usually do. I upload the template and then activated and poof got this error warning. I tried another template and it works. Why is this template can’t work on my new blog site?. I use the template in all my site and got no problem. I am talking about agent_20 revolution template. Need help ASAP!
