• First of all, thank you for this great plugin!

I have a site where I’m outputting a custom post type feed using the_content() for each one. The sharing buttons for each post also display, which is great. However, all of the buttons point to the first post in the feed. That is, if you try to share the third post, it will actually share the first one.

The feed is at the bottom of the page (event flyers), however, I’ve disabled SSS for that post type for now due to this issue.

Probably not the highest priority in the world but if it is fixable that would be great!!

  • I am having this exact same problem. I just added the plugin to my Word Press site and I have almost 500 blog posts I’ve imported from Blogspot, and the plugin always displays the last post to share on all the blog posts I’ve checked. I don’t see a reply to this post.

Scriptless intentionally is designed only for single posts (regardless of post type). The FAQ does have some sample code to get you started with enabling it for archive pages, but it does require custom code.
