    Hey!

I’d like to suggest you implement some functionality that would allow the plugin to “lock” a post in position, and this across multiple pages of the blog. For instance, lock post ID 12345 to position 3 on pages 1 through 5 of the main page of the site. I would pay for this feature and I’m sure many others (who could use it to monetize by displaying native inline ads) would as well. Let me know if you’d like more input or the custom implementation I’ve used so far on my site (which is not perfect, hence me proposing this to you!).

    Thanks!

This sounds amazing. So just to confirm this paid plugin can:
    1. Lock a post to a position
    2. … on multiple chosen pages of the index page (i.e page 1, page 2, page 3, etc)

Thank you, if so I will buy it right away.

    Hi,
    1) Yes, this is available through the interface, as sticky objects.
    2) Yes, you can set sticky for items on different pages. If also need an object to appear on all pages, at specified position, this is also possible through a custom code (using filters), i can provide a sample if need.

    Thanks

    Apologies for the slow reply.

    Thanks for that info.

Just to be clear for #2, is it possible to sticky the same ONE POST through all pages or through specifically defined multiple pages? I want to be 100% sure before I buy. Thanks!

A Single Post (object) can stick to a certain position, on every page or selectively, through a custom code which i can help to integrate. It will just append the object to query list.
So such function is not available through interface, but through a custom code which i can provide.

Perfect, thank you. This is just what I need.

Right now my theme has the functionality built in (custom) as well. I will be attempting to change themes soon. Will buy plugin and get back to you when I do. Thanks again!
