    I am getting the following message in my Admin dashboard:

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    Debugging logs:

    [2023-06-30 16:14:47] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::get_lists:303 unauthorized: Unauthorized [] []
    [2023-07-04 17:34:27] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::get_lists:303 unauthorized: Unauthorized [] []

    Additionally, when a user submits the sign-up form on the website, they are shown the “Your information has been submitted” message but the contact does not get added to the Constant Contact list — even after a manual sync.

    For your connected Constant Contact user, is it the account owner? or is it perhaps an account manager role?

    It is the account owner

    Have you been setting up the plugin on more than one site with the same user? This could be a staging website as well.

    Are you willing to share the URL for the site in question?

    Trying to whittle down possible sources of issue here.

    It may very well have been a staging issue. The message was present evern after we swapped from staging to live, but it seems to be gone now. The website is https://elderjusticect.org/ if you feel like you need to look at it further, but I think right now the issue is resolved.

    We’ll leave it at that at the moment, and good to know what appears to have been causing the issue.
