Functionality issues and is there a user guide?

Using the latest 6.1.1 version of the plugin but having a little trouble working out exactly what all the settings and features are for.

Is there are guide somewhere as I am having trouble getting the shortcode and a few other features working.

Also while I am asking, is there somewhere to set how long between switching reviews on the WP Social SEO Reviews widget? and is there a widget that functions (lists reviews vertically) like the Google Reviews Widget, but combines both the Google and Facebook reviews rather than separate widgets?

Lastly, if you selected a FB page in the FB settings menu, and wish to select a different FB page instead (i.e accidently clicked wrong one) how do you do so, there does not appear to be an option to change it.
