Functionality

Hi,

I’m looking to use this software to create a student portal for a client of mine. I’ll need many of your extensions and the theme, but will have a few questions before I jump in!

1. Tasks to complete (upload transcripts, sign contract etc). Is this possible? I guess here there are two questions – first would be setting the same tasks for all students. And the second would be setting unique to each student tasks like signing and uploading their unique contract.

2. I see there is a ‘profile completeness’ extension. IS there a way to use this for all tasks set for each student, such as uploading signed contact so they get a reminder of the task each week until complete? Or is there another way you see we could do this type of thing within your plugin?

3. We use Zoho to store much of the business data. Is there a way to connect the plugin to zoho? Or second best, is there a student data (member data) export functionality whereby it could be exported in XLS format or similar?

4. When a user completes forms, and ideally uploads required documents etc, where does this data go? Where is it viewable by the admin? I can see a demo but it just shows a perspective from the member (student) perspective.

5. I plan to use the Divi builder theme OR your own theme. The rest of our website is build using the Divi Builder theme so would be ideal to use that. Are there any known issues with this theme and compatibility with your plugin and extensions? Or should I use your theme on a subdomain for example?
