I’ve built two forms and successfully connected them with mailchimp services to run a couple of features on my website. There was a conflict with WPFastestCache’s admin bar dropdown menu. After honing in on the conflict I sent them a ticket with the details via email/their website and they replied promptly and fixed the bug within days on their next release.
The only thing folks might struggle with is the menu system, which can take a while to navigate between settings and generating new forms, but it has a lot of functionality so I understand why they laid things out the way they did.
