Functional IMO. Please Read & Reply though

  • I have utilized this plugin and am appreciative of the fact that it is so useful even while on the free plan.

    P.S.
    I do not enjoy how the banner pops up often to ask for a review as it doesn’t seem to make like theres an option to disable it from ever popping up again besides maybe leaving a review – which is mainly why I am leaving this review, to try and get rid of that banner from ever popping up again. I think the login attempts reloaded plugin, or whatever it is called, had an option on the banner to “Never show again” – or something like that. I would appreciate if that was something that was adopted by you guys. The banner’s persistency honestly caused me to consider leaving a lower rating. I even noticed someone else who had given a 1 star review i think, mentioning something along the lines of the plugin being good but the banner being annoying.



    EDIT: As it turns out, the banner is not going away. I have tried clearing transients however, I amnot seeing any results with that at the moment. I will leave the review as 5 stars until I decide otherwise, but it would be well appreciated if that banner situation would be resolved. Thanks.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The notification is not “sticky” and should go away once you hit the “Never Show Again” or the “Dismiss” link. If it is not going away even after clearing the transients, then there must be some issue that only you are facing because it is working for others.

    The most likely reason is that your WordPress backend is getting cached by your performance plugin.

    Our recommendation is that you clear your browser cookies and cache and also delete any cache from your performance plugin and test again.

    If the issue persists, please share the content of the option in the database called rank_math_notifications
