The issue is in your plugin gt3-themes-core

    Is that from https://gt3themes.com/ ?

If so, you’ll want to ask them directly.

I suspect one of the plugins you are using is causing this error. Deactivate all plugins once and then activate them individually until the error occurs again. Then you will have found the culprit plugin.

The 2nd message is a warning that comes from a plugin that was probably installed together with your theme. You should contact the theme support for this.

    Thanks for your advise.

After removing one of the unnecessary plugin, following error has gone but still website is showing 404 error

Notice: Function wpdb::prepare was called?incorrectly. The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder. Please see?Debugging in WordPress?for more information. (This message was added in version 3.9.0.) in?/home/kzmyx2mxkvh4/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php?on line?6085

If you want to continue using the plugin, please contact the plugin’s support team for clarification.

Go to Settings > Permalink in the backend and save it again without making any changes. If you are using a caching plugin, also clear its cache.
