function to set post language

    Now you can’t do it…
    I can add 2 function for set/get language from post ID in next update…

    My opinion is that adding functions of automatic set up of the language increases considerably the versatility of the plugin.

    I added the following functions:
    *) cml_get_language_by_slug
    *) cml_get_language_of_post
    *) cml_set_language_of_post
