Function Not working

The nmedia user file uploader plugin upload button is hidden..
I tried to change the code from source..
I want not able to do that..I firebug its showing display:none; CSS is used with inline..Code I got was :
<input id=”file_upload” name=”file_upload” type=”file”/> in source.Please Help:
