I have tried to use the tools Migrate pluginj – Hard reset, Repair rev. permisions/relations etc. I have also exported and deleted all the reviews and imported again. I have deactivated, deleted and installed again. Nothing works.

Are you using WPML and have you enabled the WPML multilingual integration in the Site Reviews settings? If so, you may need to go to the WPML Settings > Taxonomies Translation and change the “Review Categories” taxonomy from “Not translatable” to “Translatable”.

Let me know if that fixes the problem.

    Sorry, just saw this.

How did you clone the website?

Site Reviews uses the Post ID of the page to link it to the reviews. If your Post IDs changed when cloning the website, then this would have broken the review assignments.

If not, you may need to deactivate the Site Reviews plugin before cloning the website and then reactivate it again on the new website after you have cloned it. The reason for this is that Site Reviews uses foreign indexes in it’s custom database tables. These indexes can break when cloning (depending on how the database cloning is performed). Deactivating Site Reviews before cloning will remove the foreign indexes from the tables and then reactivating with recreate them.
