function “exclude tax from revenue”

Hi,
I activated “track enhance e-commerce” and than I set/modify tag (etc…) in Tag manager… my answer is: If I activate other functions (like “exclude tax from revenue”or “use sku instead id”) should I do something else on “tag manager”? (new tag? new activator?)
obviously I enabled e-commerce options in Analytics…
