function error since 5.7 version

Same here, I got the “ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: jQuery” error in Safari console.

I’ve disabled all the plugins and it seems that the latest version of Yoast is the culprit for this.

Just seen that 5.7.1 was online. But the issue is still here.

This could be caused by a plugin or theme conflict but before we ask you to perform a conflict check, can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of Yoast SEO (5.7.1) and the latest WordPress version (4.8.2)?

Turns out it was a server caching (Varnish) issue. After a couple of browser cache resets everything went back to normal.

please have updated to 5.7.1 and give me error in my https://xxxxxx/wp-admin/post-new.php does not let me create new post. Please help me
