Fun with Japanese characters

    I am trying to make a table with Japanese characters in it. It’s not working at all. It gives me nonsense characters on page preview. For example, a あ　becomes ??? and a か　becomes ???.

    wordpress ver: 5.8.1
    plugin ver: 1.3.9
    Browser: Chrome
    Macos 11.5.1

    Let me know if you need further info.

    I can’t link you to the actual page because it’s behind a block for the time being, but I will be willing to grant a dev temporary access to show what I am referring to, or I can send a screenshot, I just apparently can’t include one here.

    We fixed that encoding issue and it will be available with the next version (1.3.10) which we are planning to release this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
