Fully removing Avatar from reviews section of WooCommerce site

    I disabled Avatar in ‘Settings’ -> ‘Discussion Settings’ -> Uncheck ‘Avatar Display’.

    However, in the reviews section of my Single Product Page, the reviews are still displaced to the right, and there is still an empty space where the Avatar was.

    Is there a way to remove the Avatar’s blank space and align the reviews to the left margin?
