    Hi there,

    I am having some real speed-troubles with a website.

    gtmextrix.com says:
    PageSpeed Score: 92%
    YSlow Score: 88%
    Total Page Size: 1,29MB
    Requests 26
    Fully Loaded Time: 11.2s

    I did some pagespeed optimazation and so the PageSpeed Score got better and better. But the website is still very slow. Autoptimize and Cache enabler are installed…

    Please let me know what you need to know to help me. Sadly I can not post the site officially…

    Do you have any ideas?

    what are the main time-based KPI’s (time to first byte, first paint, onLoad) stilagent ?

    Largest Contentful Paint
    8,5 s

    time to interact
    8,1 s

    Desktop 72:
    First Contentful Paint
    1,0 s

    Speedindex
    3,9 s

    Largest Contentful Paint
    2,3 s

    time to interact
    1,9 s

    well, hard to say without being able to see the site itself, but here are some generic guidelines;
    * FCP can be improved upon with “inline & defer CSS”
    * LCP can be improved by ensuring logo ane hero-images are not lazyloaded
    * TTI (and/ or TBT) can be improved by removing main-thread-blocking JS
