I manage helpdesks for my real job so I know the features I want for my personal WordPress business,
- create tickets from a support email
- automatically add email replies to cases
- create different views for different users
- user definable ticket statuses
- reply templates
The support I have received has been excellent (thanks Vineet).
If you have a WordPress business and you are using an external support desk such as Zendesk you should really consider trying WSDESK because it might meet your needs at a much lower price.
