fully eliminate or shut down the comment system

    Hi,

    sorry for this post.
    I come from drupal and i’m here ??

    Is there a simple way to fully eliminate or shut down the comment system in all site? Is there a plugin ?

    Turn off the comments on the Settings->Discussion page. That will disable comments on new posts.

    Then turn off the comments for all your existing posts.

    yes, i do this.

    My problem is that I don’t want to see – No comments- or – Post comment-
    In Drupal you disable the comment module and you shut down all comment system.

    Here in wp?

    You can edit your theme to not reference comments anymore.

    Depending on the theme there are several things you may need to remove to completely remove comments. I’ve done this to about 60 different themes on an MU site I operate for teachers where I’ve completely removed the commenting system. You can see the site here:
