Fully delete plugin

  • Hi,

    I’ve deactivated and uninstalled but there are directories remaining such as w3tc-config.

    Whenever I try to remove these via FTP or cPanel they immediately reappear. There is no code for the plugin in my wp-config or htaccess.

    Can you explain this permissions issue and let me know how to fully remove this.

  • Follow the removal advice in Comment #9 here, and especially point 4 (take a backup of the .htaccess and wp-config.php files before you make any changes).
