Fullscreen toggle, insert hyperlink, insert picture do not work

  • I can’t toggle to fullscreen either by using the toggle button or Alt+Shift+G.

    I can’t upload pictures and I can’t insert hyperlinks.

    I’m not getting any error message but nothing happens.

    It’s the same whether I use Internet Explorer, Safari or Google Chrome.

    I’ve had my blog for a year now and had no problems before this week.

  • Did you just upgrade to 3.1.3?

    Have you disabled all plugins by renaming the plugin folder and switched to the twentyten theme? This will check for theme and plugin compatibility.

    I haven’t upgraded anything and as far as I know I have no plug-ins – where would they be listed? I’m pretty ignorant about the technical aspects of WordPress.

    I’ve tried changing the theme to Twenty Ten though and that made no difference.

    I use Greyzed generally.

    You can check to see if you have plugins in the dashboard. If you do you would use ftp or log in to your hosted account to rename the plugin folder.

    What is the blog URL and what version of WordPress are you using (this shows in the dashboard)?
