    Hi bhaldie

Am not sure if you have any control over this and maybe its a Box issue. Am sure it used to work but cannot remember when it stopped. I was going to ask you to please use the first document shown in the above link but after setting it to be downloadable by non-members and clearing various caches, it does not want to allow that so I am wondering what might be happening there too.

    Any guidance would be great

    Many thanks
    Steve

I still see the Login link in the table which tell me that this file will not be able to preview by non member even if you have check the ” downloadable by non-members”. Preview would allow a non member to download the file which would defeat the propose of restricting access if you want non members to be able to preview they will also need to have access to download as well.

Hmmm. I am nit sure I completely understand. I was just trying to set one file so that you could view it (and even download it) to test the iPad Safari query. Is there a way I can do this for the one file as is not now ovious to me?

unfortunately I’m not seeing any issues using any current iPad. Can you describe to me what the issue is that you are having?

If you go to the post for that article it will open on the Preview screen. When navigating through the article, please try and press the ‘Enter full screen’ icon on the right hand side on the Box navigation panel. Whilst this works on a PC screen it does not for me in iPad

iOS does not support the Full Screen API and therefore it’s impossible to fix it.

This is applicable to both Safari and Chrome for iOS.
