FullScreen disabled on Vimeo Player

    Hello we are experiencing a problem with the integration of the Vimeo player. We have inserted the online lessons of our courses through the Vimeo source and the direct link, but the button to put the video in full screen did not appear. Analyzing the issue we discovered that a css class is applied to the player that disables the visibility of the button, namely the following:


    .player.no-fullscreen-support . FullscreenButton_module_fullscreen_e0e92a4f {
    display: none; }

    We also checked the Vimeo side and we have set that the button for the FullScreen should be visible, so it’s not up to him. Also we did a test by loading the video through an iframe in the text block of the lesson, and from there the button is seen correctly. So it depends on the LMS plugin. How can we fix it?

    Thank you for the details shared, we do appreciate your kind diligence

    I tested this case and could not encounter any restrictions in my testing environment, the full screen button of the Vimeo service displays, for example > [screenshot] > [screenshot1]. Please kindly follow this [manual] to properly include Vimeo videos in lessons

    Could you share screenshot from the Course Builder how you included the video to your lesson? Also, it is recommended to check unexpected issues by temporary deactivating third-party plugins.

    Yes of course. I made a test on a single lesson and I entered the correct URL according to the format indicated in the documentation

    As this strange case comes only on your site at the moment, I recommend you try to check by temporarily deactivating all of your third-party plugins, and please make sure that the LMS plugin is updated on your site
