    Hi there,

    While you are logged in to WordPress you will only see previews of slides/channels/displays. Previews are never fullscreen.

    To see your display fullscreen, copy the URL of your display and open it in the browser connected to your screen (where you should not be logged in to WordPress!).

    Does that work for you?

    You can also open the URL in the same browser but in a new incognito tab.

    I can’t seem to accomplish a true Full Screen either. I have tried 3840×2160 for our 4K TV, 1920×1080, and some other oddball resolutions to try to get this to fill the screen, but no matter what we do, there’s a small dark blue letterbox on top and bottom of the screen, and thin scroll bars. I’ve tried uploading a PDF and just a regular JPG of the image, and both are doing this.

    Hi sorry to bump the topic, but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar to me, and/or know how to fix. Not sure how to share a screen shot, but I have one if needed.
